Are you shipping as normal?

We’re trying to. Minor delays are still happening. We’re currently only shipping from Monday to Friday. However, we’ll be catching up on weekend orders at the start of the week, so it may take a few days for you to receive your shipping confirmation email. So don’t panic, we’ve received your order & are working as quickly as we can to dispatch it, without compromising the safety of our team. We’ll be sure to communicate any significant delays with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at sales[at]startbazar[dot]com immediately. Once our team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes from 12 up to 72 hours to process and then ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Tuesday.

Can I track my dispatched product ?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. Please contact us with your name, email/phone and order number at: sales[at]startbazar.com. After 12 hours, your order will start processing and we won’t be able to guarantee any changes or cancel it.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept ALL major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed with 256-bit AES encryption through Stripe! 💳
